    Description

    En tant que responsable P&AF chez Tarkett Sports, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la supervision de l'ensemble de l'unité commerciale Turf. Ce poste implique une implication approfondie dans les rapports de fin de mois, les prévisions, la budgétisation, le suivi du backlog et du pipeline, une collaboration approfondie avec les équipes opérationnelles, y compris les ventes et la chaîne d'approvisionnement, et une aptitude à créer des présentations percutantes.

    Responsabilités:

  • Superviser tous les aspects financiers de l'activité Turf, en garantissant des processus précis de rapport de fin de mois, de prévisions et de budgétisation.
  • Suivre le carnet de commandes et le pipeline, en fournissant des informations sur les opportunités et les risques commerciaux futurs.
  • Agir en tant que partenaire commercial stratégique auprès des équipes opérationnelles, en offrant des conseils et des informations financières pour favoriser une prise de décision éclairée.
  • Développer et livrer des présentations de haute qualité présentant des informations et des recommandations financières.
  • Rapport direct du coach/mentor (analyste)
  • Améliorer continuellement les rapports, les processus et les outils pour améliorer la précision et l'efficacité de la fonction P&AF.
  • Mener des analyses ad hoc et soutenir les initiatives stratégiques si nécessaire, en démontrant une approche pratique de la résolution de problèmes.

    • Exigences :

  • Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe. CPA, CFA ou MBA est un plus.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle financier pertinent.
  • La maîtrise d'Excel et de PowerPoint est essentielle ; la connaissance de Vena, Power BI et SQL est un avantage.
  • Capacité avérée à travailler de manière indépendante, esprit curieux et attention méticuleuse aux détails.
  • Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, capable de collaborer de manière interfonctionnelle avec une équipe mondiale.
  • Capacité démontrée à s'adapter rapidement, avec une volonté d'apprendre et de comprendre les nuances de l'entreprise.
  • Capacité à prospérer dans un environnement en évolution rapide et à gérer les délais

    • Structure hiérarchique : ce rôle relève directement du directeur P&AF, responsable de la supervision de toutes les unités commerciales au sein de Tarkett Sports. De plus, ce poste gérera un analyste.

    Attentes (60 à 90 premiers jours) :

  • Acquérir une compréhension globale de l'activité Turf, y compris les principales parties prenantes et les subtilités opérationnelles.
  • Préparer les rapports et les présentations de fin de mois et fournir des réponses aux demandes de renseignements de l'entreprise.
  • Établir des relations et collaborer efficacement avec les personnes clés de l'entreprise.
  • S'engager dans des analyses ad hoc selon les besoins, en contribuant activement aux objectifs de l'équipe.

    • As an FP&A Manager at Tarkett Sports, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entirety of the Turf business unit. This position involves comprehensive involvement in month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, backlog and pipeline tracking, extensive collaboration with operational teams including sales and Supply Chain, and adeptness in creating impactful presentations.

    Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial aspects of the Turf business, ensuring accurate month-end reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Track backlog and pipeline, providing insights into future business opportunities and risks.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to operational teams, offering financial guidance and insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations showcasing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Coach/mentor direct report (analyst)
  • Continuously improve reports, processes and tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the FP&A function
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and support strategic initiatives as needed, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant financial role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; knowledge of Vena, Power BI and SQL is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work independently, a curious mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating cross-functionally with a global team.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, with a willingness to learn and understand the nuances of the business.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced/changing environment and to manage deadlines

    • Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the Director of FP&A, responsible for overseeing all business units within Tarkett Sports. Additionally, this position will manage one direct report.

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Turf business, including key stakeholders and operational intricacies.
  • Prepare month-end reporting and presentations and provide answers to inquiries from the business
  • Establish relationships and collaborate effectively with key individuals across the business.
  • Engage in ad hoc analyses as needed, actively contributing to the team's goals.
