    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager.

    The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with vendors and customers, and achieving sales targets.

    The Senior Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and provide feedback to the company's management team.


    Responsibilities:
    Managing all sales team members and processesOversee day-to-day sales operationsSetting sales strategies and goals based on key metrics and data analysisSetting sales targets for team membersCreating the sales department budgetProducing sales forecasts and reportsResearching the sales sectors and competitorsTraining, mentoring and motivating the sales teamBuilding relationships with vendorsCollaborating with the operation department to develop effective customer relationship and support· QualificationsSales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skillsExperience in developing and implementing sales strategiesProven track record of achieving sales targetsMarket analysis and business opportunity identification skillsStrong negotiation and communication skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesExperience in the industrial sales is a plusBachelor's degree in engineering and Master's degree in management or business are preferredMinimum 8 years of experience in sales and 5 years in sales management are required
