    Description

    We are currently seeking a full-time Manager, Inside Sales to join our team.

    As Manager, Inside Sales, you will be responsible for promoting a full range of Investment Management solutions to Quebec-based Advisors. Through your exceptional knowledge of wealth products, such as Mutual Funds, Liquid Alternatives, and Hedge Funds, you will proactively identify sales and business-building opportunities. Reporting to the Director, Client Portfolio Management, you will be an integral part of a talented team of sales professionals and work closely with a team of industry-leading portfolio managers and business strategists.

    The duties and responsibilities of the Manager, Inside Sales include but are not limited to:

    • Supports the development of sales and client base strategies by sharing ideas and best practices;
    • Assists with the development of business plans and proactively identifies opportunities for sales growth within assigned territory;
    • Applies a needs-based approach to selling while actively positioning our product solutions to ideally fit and optimize advisors' portfolios and practices;
    • Applies strategic prospecting efforts to uncover and develop new clients using existing and external sources of Investment Advisor contacts and leads;
    • Identifies potential business, establishes regular contact, and closes new business;
    • Participates in and contributes to regular team meetings and business planning sessions.
    • Proactively develops and deepens new and existing relationships with Investment Advisors primarily by phone with occasional travel to assigned territory;
    • Provides proactive support and services to all existing clients, responding to inquiries, and coordinating follow-up in a professional and timely manner.
    • Maintains advanced expertise in positioning Alternative Investment solutions, including Hedge Funds and Liquid Alternatives, within the Canadian market;
    • Captures call activity in CRM with detailed notes recording all interactions with existing clients and prospects required;
    • Maintains accurate records of contacts in the region along with organized activity tracking of leads in the sales funnel;
    • Maximizes use of CRM capabilities to optimize efficiency for maximum results.

    • Teamwork – A reliable collaborator who values the benefits of a team-first attitude and is willing to pitch in however and wherever possible

    Requirements

    • ​​Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field
    • ​Minimum 2 to 5 years' previous sales experience in the financial services, investment, or related industry, ideally with familiarity in advisor practice management
    • ​Successful completion of industry-related courses such as CSC, IFIC, CFP (or working towards completion of industry related courses) is preferred
    • ​Previous experience with organizing, prioritizing, and executing individual and team sales plans and activity
    • ​Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • ​Extensive experience working with a CRM system​

    À titre de gestionnaire, Ventes internes, vous ferez la promotion d'une gamme complète de solutions de gestion de placements auprès des conseillers du Québec. Grâce à votre connaissance exceptionnelle des produits de gestion de patrimoine, comme les fonds communs de placement, les produits alternatifs liquides et les fonds spéculatifs, vous identifierez de manière proactive les opportunités de vente et de développement des affaires. Relevant du directeur, Gestion de portefeuille de client, vous ferez partie intégrante d'une équipe talentueuse de professionnels des ventes et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec une équipe de gestionnaires de portefeuille et de stratèges d'affaires de premier plan.

    Les fonctions et responsabilités du gestionnaire, Ventes internes, comprennent notamment ce qui suit :

    • Soutenir l'élaboration de stratégies de vente axées sur la clientèle en partageant ses idées et ses pratiques exemplaires;
    • Aider à l'élaboration de plans d'affaires et repérer de façon proactive les opportunités de développement des ventes dans les territoires assignés;
    • Mettre en œuvre une approche axée sur les besoins en matière de vente tout en positionnant activement nos solutions de produits de manière à ce qu'elles cadrent parfaitement avec les portefeuilles et les pratiques des conseillers et qu'elles les optimisent;
    • Mettre en œuvre des efforts de prospection stratégique afin de découvrir et de développer de nouveaux clients à l'aide de sources existantes et externes de contacts et de pistes de conseillers en placement;
    • Déceler des opportunités, établir des contacts réguliers et conclure de nouvelles ventes;
    • Participer aux réunions régulières de l'équipe et aux séances de planification des affaires et y contribuer.
    • Établir et approfondir de façon proactive les relations nouvelles et existantes avec les conseillers en placement, principalement par téléphone, en se rendant occasionnellement sur le territoire désigné;
    • Fournir un soutien et des services proactifs à tous les clients existants, répondre aux demandes et coordonner le suivi rapidement et de façon professionnelle.
    • Maintenir une expertise de pointe dans le positionnement de solutions de placement alternatives, y compris les fonds spéculatifs et les produits alternatifs liquides, sur le marché canadien;
    • Noter tous les appels de type gestion de la relation client que vous effectuez auprès des clients existants et potentiels;
    • Tenir à jour les coordonnées de ses contacts dans la région et effectuer un suivi organisé des activités de suivi des pistes de vente;
    • Maximiser l'utilisation des capacités de gestion de la relation client afin d'optimiser l'efficience pour obtenir des résultats maximums.

    Exigences

    • Diplôme de premier cycle en administration des affaires, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe
    • De 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en vente dans le secteur des services financiers, des placements ou des secteurs connexes, idéalement dans la gestion d'un cabinet de conseillers
    • Avoir réussi ou être en voie de réussir un cours de valeurs mobilières comme le CCVM, le CFIC ou le CFP, un atout
    • Expérience en organisation, priorisation et exécution de plans de vente et d'activités individuels et d'équipe
    • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office
    • Vaste expérience de travail avec un système de gestion de la relation client
