Our client, a leading investment firm in downtown Toronto, is looking for an Office Assistant to help keep the office running smoothly, manage vendors, and support strategic projects in a fast-paced, professional environment.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage vendors, including onboarding, records, and issue resolution.
  • Process purchase requisitions, receiving, and invoicing; resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide operational and administrative support, including reporting, budget tracking, and workplace services.
  • Drive continuous improvement and provide backup support as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion
  • Familiarity with purchasing systems and invoicing seen as an asset
  • High school diploma (postsecondary preferred)
  • 2+ years administrative or vendor coordination experience preferred
