    Description

    Busy Millwright contractor seeking a recruiter to join the team in a part-time capacity to help source and connect talented individuals with exciting job opportunities within our growing company.

    Recruiting is one of the driving forces behind our success and is an important factor in maintaining our skilled workforce.

    As one of the largest industrial services and millwrighting contractors in the province, and with 15 years of millwright and fabrication expertise, we consider ourselves the experts.

    We thrive on challenges and love taking on complex work for our customers – from maintenance and installs, to breakdowns and machine relocations.

    We pride ourselves on offering a variety of services to our customers.
    Establish connections and develop a robust candidate pipeline
    Utilize Applicant Tracking System to screen and contact candidates for interviews
    Apply Bullet's follow up process for successful and unsuccessful candidates to maintain connections and brand
    Assist HR with interviews and onboarding, as needed
    Comfortable using a variety of tools and platforms to network (Indeed, LinkedIn, Social Media)
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
    Flexible, part-time schedule
    Opportunity for growth beyond part-time
