    CHARGÉ(E) D'ÉQUIPE – UNIVERSITÉ DU QUÉBEC À MONTRÉAL (UQÀM)

    Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM Rue Sainte-Catherine Est, Montréal, QC H2L 2C4

    Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e chargé.e de sécurité pour combler un poste à l'UQÀM.

    IL S'AGIT DE PERSONNES QUI ...

    • Assure la sécurité tel un bouclier;
    • Adore le contact avec les humains;
    • A l'œil partout pour déceler toute sorte d'anomalies qui peut compromettre la sécurité;
    • Capable d'intervenir comme un superhéros.

    TA MISSION...

    • Responsable de diriger les membres et les activités de l'équipe
    • Collaborer avec le chargé d'événement de la mise en place et du respect des procédures et consignes de prévention et sécurité
    • Gérer les opérations courantes et d'urgences
    • Maintenir la performance de son équipe

    CHECK-LIST

    Tu as/es :

    • Du leadership;
    • Un permis BSP régulier;
    • À l'aise avec l'informatique;
    • Une attitude positive et un grand sens de l'éthique;
    • 5 ans d'expérience en sécurité;
    • 2 ans d'expérience en gestion du personnel;
    • Un grand sens de l'autonomie.
