    Description
    Docebo is looking to expand our Solutions Consulting teamOur ideal candidate loves working with people to help them understand technology, and will collaborate closely with our sales team on complex deals spanning months. You will work with our prospects to discover, analyze, prepare, and lead demos and presentations that show value in linking functionality to the prospects' needs. This is a pre-sales role, and you will be leveraging industry knowledge to serve as an expert and consultant throughout the sales process.     Responsibilities:

  • Roll-up your sleeves, and become a trusted advisor to all levels within the prospective customer organization from CEOs, to Developers, to Learning & Development Directors. Tag team with Sales, and operate with outstanding synchronization to guide projects and close business.
  • Be a responsive and creative member of cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success) and provide value internally to your sales team as well as to your assigned prospects.
  • Be process driven, come to deeply understand the learning industry, and be able to explain the product in the context of real usage in a real project​.
  • Understand and master our product; become a pro at describing our product to prospects, telling stories to help tie functionality to their business' needs, and respond quickly and accurately to questions they have surrounding our technology.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.
  • Plan and configure our products to meet presentation needs, as well as deliver on product demonstrations that walk through our prospect's user-stories and workflows.
  • Requirements:

  • You have been in technical sales before in similar roles (Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or even SaaS Account Executive)
  • 2+ years' experience working in a Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, LMS implementation consultant, or technical consulting
  • or degree
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Understanding of enterprise technologies and systems, including SSO, CRM, ERP or HRIS
  • Have a strong ability to share your technical knowledge while maintaining an upbeat pace and a problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of the LMS industry and its surrounding standards will be plus (SCORM, xAPI)
