    Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in the Contact Centre Solutions industry? Enghouse Interactive is currently looking for highly energetic and driven individuals to help us drive new revenue growth. We are seeking Business Development Representatives and provide an opportunity to learn about our next generation software applications that are enabling digital transformation within the Contact Centre Solutions industry.

    Your Role - Igniting Growth:

    • Reach out to potential clients through engaging calls and emails.
    • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries about Enghouse Interactive's innovative technology solutions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team, enhancing your key sales skills while supporting pipeline development.
    • Maintain active engagement with leads, ensuring a seamless follow-up process.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas, contributing to the generation of new revenue.
    • Collaborate with Product and Demand Gen teams to boost our brand presence and generate demand.
    • Utilize Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity reporting.
    • Stay up to date with the competitive environment and market trends

    Qualifications We Seek:

    • 2-4 years of business development experience in B2B software, preferably SaaS.
    • Proficiency in CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales & marketing tools.
    • High energy, positive attitude, and a proven ability to take initiative.
    • Track record of exceeding assigned targets.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • English, other languages are a bonus.
    • Strong multitasking ability, effective time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with technology tools for research and sales activity scaling (SalesLoft, Outreach, Hunter, Drift, ZoomInfo, InsideView, ).
    • Understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and their role in the sales cycle.
