    Requirements:

    • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

    Work Environment:

    • Hotel, motel, resort

    Main Tasks:

    • Register guests upon arrival and assign rooms
    • Handle group check-ins and check-outs
    • Manage room reservations, including changes and cancellations
    • Offer information on hotel amenities and services
    • Give insights on local attractions
    • Facilitate currency exchange
    • Conclude guest check-outs, compute fees, and process payments
    • Ensure cash balance and prepare related financial documents
    • Keep track of room availability, reservations, and assignments
    • Adhere to safety and emergency protocols
    • Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and copying
    • Handle phone calls and messages
    • Assist guests with special requirements
    • Arrange wake-up calls for customers
    • Provide top-notch customer support
