Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will provide executive-level leadership, strategy and guidance pertaining to all human resources operations, recruitment, and activities.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the company's ambitious growth needs evaluating and championing all people, culture, talent, and organizational strategies to build a scalable foundation to support North American and International growth.
Manage the recruitment cycle:
sourcing, screenings, interviews, negotiation, and reference checks
Identify, source, and maintain a pipeline of candidates through a variety of platforms: social media, job boards, networking, headhunting, external agencies, etc.
Creatively build new recruitment strategies capable of attracting top talentsWork closely with senior leaders to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Participate in internal company initiatives such as social media campaigns, culture events, etc.
Lead the establishment of human resources processes, onboarding forms and documentation.
Institute effective performance evaluation scorecard to support a pay-for-performance culture.
Play an active role in the design and development of ongoing workplace culture and social events.
Completed (or working toward) CHRP designation is an asset.
A minimum of 5 years experience in human resources combined and talent acquisition
Experience in leading human resources initiatives to support business growth objectives
