    POSITION SUMMARY

    Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

    MISSON

    As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our company's growth and success. You will utilize your expertise in sourcing and networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates who align with our organization's values, culture, and goals.     RESPONSABILITIES

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies accordingly.
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online sourcing, networking, and social media, to identify and attract passive candidates.
    • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for specific roles.
    • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
    • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing to continuously improve sourcing strategies and techniques.

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 4 years of experience with sourcing and/or full lifecycle recruiting preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • A foundation of organization; having an ability to efficiently track candidates across multiple roles
    • Strong communication & organizational skills
    • Proven experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter, with a track record of successfully identifying and engaging top talent.
    • Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online sourcing platforms.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
