    Description

    He/she is responsible for the management of payables and the impact on the theoretical inventory of the stores assigned to him/her according to the standards and policies established by the head office of UAP Inc.

    Prepare control reports that establishes the value of store inventories.
    Performs various clerical tasks. For example, coding invoices, cost reports, claims registers, discrepancy reports and centralized store document management;
    Validate various TAMS reports, store document filing, various head office documents.

    Validate the purchase journal, general ledger and make the necessary arrangements to allow the stakeholders to post an annual inventory take.

    Manages and controls the arrival of internal mail and mail from the stores.
    DES or college degree in accounting,
    ~General computer knowledge and bilingualism
    ~ Ability to manage priorities and accuracy in data processing.
