- Work with benefit vendors to ensure existing and new administrative processes provide a positive experience for all employees and are in accordance with compliance standards
- Support administrative processes performed by vendors, such as leading pre and post implementation audits, troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analyses, and correcting errors identified.
- Proven ability to be highly organized, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure on a number of projects/initiatives at the same time in a rapidly growing environment.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract and synthesize information in order to make databacked business decisions.

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for administering and being the point of contact for all employees and other internal and external stakeholders for any benefits and pension related questions.
The Benefits and Pension Specialist is also responsible to designing and implementing processes, and documents to improve the administration of, the day to day managing and to ensure compliance of employee benefits.
This involves working with internal stakeholders including HR and IT and external vendors.Start Date :
