    Description

    Benefits and Pension Specialist We are hiring for an exciting new opportunity of Benefits Specialist with our client, a global fortune 500.

    The Benefits Specialist is responsible for administering and being the point of contact for all employees and other internal and external stakeholders for any benefits and pension related questions.

    The Benefits and Pension Specialist is also responsible to designing and implementing processes, and documents to improve the administration of, the day to day managing and to ensure compliance of employee benefits.

    This involves working with internal stakeholders including HR and IT and external vendors.

    Hybrid position requiring 1 days in the office/ week
    Duration : 11 month with possibility of extension or becoming permanent

    Identify and help resolve issues, including providing support and guidance to employee escalations on benefit related topics, and working with internal employee support teams to

    • Work with benefit vendors to ensure existing and new administrative processes provide a positive experience for all employees and are in accordance with compliance standards
    • Support administrative processes performed by vendors, such as leading pre and post implementation audits, troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analyses, and correcting errors identified.
    Bachelor's degree in business Human Resources and Benefits Certification or General MBA

    • Proven ability to be highly organized, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure on a number of projects/initiatives at the same time in a rapidly growing environment.
    • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract and synthesize information in order to make databacked business decisions.
    • Successful record of building operational processes and procedures, continuously improving programs and delivering efficiencies.
