    We are looking for a Group Leader on the Evening Shift.

    The Group Leader is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and planning for a department while promoting and working to meet the goals outlined in our strategic plan.

    The ideal candidate has leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with a demonstrated commitment to safety and quality. This is a full-time, permanent position on the evening shift.

    Shift:
    Monday - Thursday, 4:00 pm - 3:00 am
    Participate in development of business unit operating plans
    HR, Payroll, Engineering, Maintenance etc.)
    Achieve goals in safety, quality and on-time delivery
    Execute work, staffing and training plans for designated team
    Performance management of team members including orientation
    Partner with other Group Leaders to achieve corporate goals/targets
    Maintenance of departmental workplace injury documentation and performance measures
    Provide product and process training to employees, cross train employees in a variety of jobs
    Ensure that product meets quality standards
    Ability to interpret technical drawings and shop documentation such as work orders.
