We are searching for a customer service driven individual to work alongside our team as a CSR/Estimator.     The CSR/Estimator is responsible for providing excellent customer service, keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first

    If you have strong problem-solving, superb communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction , j oin us as a CSR/Estimator and become an essential part of our team .

    Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with Incoming Telephone Calls standards ( ITC ).

    Other duties as assigned by the Body Shop Manager
    2-3 of auto body shop experience.
    Proficient with the following computer environments: Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, internet explorer, outlook.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written English) skills.
    Ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent data.
