    At our Cambridge Facility we are recognized supplier of machining, fabrication, forging, and casting solutions, providing OEM customers with innovative results.

    Creating meaningful partnerships with our customers that drive customized solutions, superior quality, and organic growth is our goal. Our integrated partnerships allow us to support every phase of the project from conception to final delivery.

    Preparing estimates of parts and assemblies including material, labor and subcontracting of Fabricated, formed, machined & painted components pertaining to Mining, agricultural & other offroad industries along with other various custom fabrications.

    Effectively estimate material & labor required for manufacturing including parts, welding, machining and mechanical assembly for both custom fabrications as well as low volume production runs.

    Build estimate quote file through Excel database.
    Create or transfer quote file information to initiate Engineering Master's in Visual Manufacturing software.
    Assist CAD designers with preparation of sales and shop drawings as required.
    Customer contact on technical issues.
    Review and clearly understand customer specifications and quality standards.

    Work with sales, engineering and customers to develop mechanical designs to properly estimate the component and to finalize and submit quotations to customers.

    Translate customer requirements into technical proposals.

    Participate in establishing selling prices and policies to support the business plan and a high level of corporate profit.

    Produce contract sheets based on estimate and actual vendor prices.
    Search out vendors and subcontractors required to support business needs.
    Work with Engineering as required, particularly on projects requiring more intricate calculations.
    Re-costing to verify project profit information.
    Identify risks associated with projects.

    Strong computer skills in PC Windows's environment, Excel, Access, Word etc.
    Familiar with Solid Works.

    Note:
    Some on the job training will be provided. Experience with estimating software.
    Engineering Technologist diploma or equivalent with a strong background in Math, Physics and Engineering principals (mechanical design).
