    Description

    Job Summary

    The Logistics Assistant is a motivated and professional assistant who will play a key role in the organization during this period of growth. This position partners with cross functional team (logistics team, 3PL, CSR, finance, etc.) to ensure the process runs smoothly.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Assist in the execution of daily routines of the logistics operation process
    • Assist in maintenance of files and records and preparation of reports
    • Continuously reviews open orders reports and communicates delivery updates regularly with internal stakeholders and works to mitigate shortages and delays.
    • Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter process the shipping in the system
    • Efficiently support on the activities to ensure the ship, receive and delivery process happens as expected
    • Assist in maintaining & reviewing vendor performance ratings
    • Undertake special assignments as needs

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • years of relevant experience
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proactive problem solving skills
    • Ability to be efficient and effective with the management of resources
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Detail-oriented and organized work style
    • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, mainly excel
