    Description

    The HR Path Group, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS).

    We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.

    We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
    As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)

    Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

    We have an ever-expanding business pipeline in Canada and are seeking suitably skilled and interested candidates to help us build our practice in line with the growth of the Workday ecosystem across the region.

    As a Workday Delivery Manager, you will act as the primary delivery contact for the clients, provide hands-on delivery of solutions, seek opportunities for strategic partnerships and growth, and partner with key internal client stakeholders.

    Provide service leadership to a portfolio of Workday clients (typically, 4-5 strategic or high-potential clients).
    Maintain client optimisation and product roadmaps in partnership with clients and internal HR PATH service line owners.
    Manage the in-take of client requests process, conduct primary triage, and co-ordinate delivery with HR PATH subject-matter experts.

    Manage delivery within the capacity allocated within the contracts; adhere to HR PATH best practices & policies; perform monthly variance analysis in terms of service usage and forecasts.

    Manage client delivery through coordination with internal functional and technical SMEs,
    client teams to maintain task momentum and delivery timelines.

    Coordinate and lead internal and client facing meetings needed to prioritise work, deliver tasks, track / report status, address project risks and other actions as needed.

    Manage and foster strong relationships with our aligned clients, and their associated Workday partner execs.

    3+ years of account management / service delivery experience in technical solutions delivery (SaaS) (i.e. – service delivery of technology solutions to internal or external clients preferably on Workday).
    ~5+ years of experience working in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or similar project delivery experience.
    ~ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technical, business, or financial discipline.
    ~ Workday application certification as required or preferred according to the platform being supported; Excellent English level, French is a plus
    ~ adept at managing multiple clients and multiple projects simultaneously.
