    Are you a Total Rewards professional with a passion for numbers and a deep understanding of benefit plans? We're thrilled to announce a new opportunity for a Total Rewards Specialist in Whitby.


    Reporting to the Manager of Compensation and Benefits, the ideal candidate should possess at least 2+ years of prior experience in benefits administration.

    Responsibilities

    • Support daytoday Compensation Administration
    • Support Rewards and Wellness Programs
    • Support daytoday Benefits Administration
    • Ensure compliance with all related company and regulatory policies for compensation, benefits, and pension requirements
    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of previous experience in an HR function with a focus on benefit administration, talent and or compensation
