    Title:
    Client Success Manager
    Location – Vancouver, BC (Hybrid Environment 3 days in office)

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our Sales team as a Client Success Manager.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships and driving retention and expansion within our client base.


    Responsibilities:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building, and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and goals.

    Proactively engage with delivery managers to own & drive renewals, revives old accounts, expansions of existing accounts and net new acquisitions for non-targeted accounts
    Proactively engage with clients to provide guidance, support, and solutions that align with their business objectives.

    Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs with any account over 500K to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive value-added managed staffing services.

    Track and analyse customer engagement metrics, identify trends, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

    Provide demonstrations and training sessions to prospects as needed, ensuring they fully understand our capabilities to achieve their desired outcomes.

    Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

    Min 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or customer success capacity for a data consulting service organization.

    Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
    Experience working with HubSpot CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Salary Range:
    The base salary for this position ranges from $60,000/year up to $90,000/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
