    Description
    • Utilize a 360-degree recruitment approach, handling the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
    • Identify and engage with qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for both parties.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and contribute to revenue growth.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to maintain a competitive edge.

    • Post-secondary education in a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in a 360-recruitment environment.
    • Experience in Construction recruitment is considered a strong asset.
    • Strong technical skills with proficiency in platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoominfo, Salesforce, etc.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
    • Ability to work from the office at least 3 times per week.
