    We are looking for an innovative, self-starting Product Owner to create and drive technology initiatives that create an unparalleled user experience for our customers.

    Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both stakeholders and team members
    Partner with our business partners to create and prioritize the features backlog as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon
    Play a leadership role in the Agile team to ensure that capabilities are in-scope, on-time and of high quality
    Create product roadmaps for the development team(s). Manage and prioritize backlog contents, ensuring sufficient depth of groomed items for consumption and commitment
    Manage engagement with stakeholders and effectively communicate product release contents and expected product capabilities/customer journey
    Facilitate problem solving on a day-today basis as required, working closely with development team on implementation challenges
    Articulate and champion user experiences and journeys to ensure we have the future state well defined
    5+ Years of experience in enterprise software as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
    2+ years delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem
    Proven capability to understand business strategies and application objectives and translate those requirements into effective implementation designs.

    Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to drive interactions with stakeholders and clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.


    Critical thinking skills:
    using logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions, summarize conclusions and approaches to mitigate risk
    Agile Product owner, Scrum methodology

    Bachelors degree with 8+ years of professional experience and 2+ years of Salesforce Ecosystem Experience
