    Our customer, a fast-growing financial services organization, is searching for a Senior Manager in Fund Accounting. As the Senior Manager in Fund Accounting, your role includes supervising and reviewing a small team, as well as engaging in hands-on work when necessary.

    Responsibilities of the Senior Manager in Fund Accounting:

    • Reviewing fund documents to ensure compliance with reporting standards
    • Managing capital activity for funds
    • Executing trades
    • Conducting daily reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
    • Updating accounting records in accordance with various reporting standards such as GAAP and IFRS
    • Processing expense payments
    • Calculating fund accounting rates (returns, waterfall, management fee, and accruals)
    • Preparing NAV calculations
    • Generating financial statements
    • Establishing connections with fund stakeholders

    Job Requirements:

    To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications:

    • CPA certification with relevant experience in the industry (fund administration)
    • Familiarity with various systems [Excel, etc.]
    • Ability to perform complex tasks and supervise/review the work of others
    • Experience in Private Equity Fund, Rebalancing, Trades, Reconciliations, Waterfall, and other related areas
