    Suite Job Type: 2 months contractLocation: Onsite, downtown, CalgaryYour New CompanyOur client focuses on enhancing women's & their family's well-being while advocating for equity.

    Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant's primary role is to assist the CEO by performing high-level, confidential administrative support.

    The Executive Assistant understands and proactively ensures the responsibilities, needs, and priorities of the CEO are successfully managing special projects.

    The Executive Assistant anticipates the CEO's needs, alerts, and prepares the CEO for upcoming meetings and deliverables.

    The Executive Assistant receives general direction from the CEO and interacts with the Executive team, staff, and Client's Board and Committee Members.

    The Executive Assistant also provides direction to other executive or administrative assistants as required.

    Executive Support to CEO (CPPO and CFO)Board of Directors Support and Liaison for Board Business, Reporting, and CommunicationsBudget and Expense ManagementGeneral Office and Administrative AssistanceWhat You'll Need to SucceedStrong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

    Strong ability to execute work with an equity, diversity, and inclusion lens.
    Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Post-secondary education in a related field.
    At least 10+ years of experience supporting Executives and/or equivalent education and experience.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, social media web platforms, and other technologies.
    Occasional evening and weekend work required.
