    In this role you will be an extended voice of the vendor helping to answer questions, problem solve issues and work cross-functionally to provide best in class end user support for the Loblaw Data Insights & Analytics Portal (POS and Shopper Analytic data platform).

    The individual will focus primarily on supporting vendor relationships with ongoing management of data tool training, technical support trouble shooting, data interface questions and general inquiries.

    The Analyst will help with various tasks accountable for servicing vendors' regular needs and queries.

    Provide vendor end user support in a timely and accurate manner, answering general vendor queries including but not limited to business processes, technical issues and financial questions for 300+ CPG vendors
    Support the gathering and documentation of such processes
    Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Data Operations, Technical Front End Developers, Category Management) to support vendor relationship management and help triage issues that arise
    Support the delivery of relevant training programs that educates and engages vendors
    2-3 years of Retail, CPG or Nielsen experience working with POS data platforms
