    Description

    We are looking for a Multifamily Construction Estimator who has two years experience building wood-frame, apartment-style, multi-family buildings while working for a developer or general contractor.

    We are looking for an Multifamily Construction Estimator to support our Calgary business who is experienced in projects similar to ours, which have concrete parkade and are 6 story wood frame multi-family residential buildings.

    You will be responsible to create and maintain project momentum while contributing to scheduling, quality control, safety, staff and sub-contractor relationship management.

    The Project Coordinator is an important part of the Eagle Crest project team, responsible to support overall project requirements, while leading people as effectively as you lead construction activities.

    Construction Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities
    Provide support to the site team with professionalism
    Oversee the preparation of estimates for the conceptual, schematics, and design development stages. Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
    Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites
    Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
    Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer
    Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
    Solicit, negotiate, select, contract, and oversee subcontractors who complete specific pieces of the project
