    The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction materials and techniques, as well as experience in estimating and bidding on commercial and residential projects.

    This role will involve working closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that estimates are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

    Review project plans, specifications, and other project documentation to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates
    Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop accurate estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
    Analyze and interpret construction drawings and specifications to identify potential issues and risks
    Prepare and submit detailed bids and proposals for potential projects
    Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
    Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial and residential projects
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction estimating software
