- Support service technicians in the research, sourcing, shipping and delivery of parts requests to the work area.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs,
- Estimate cost and time for service and repairs needs, complete and review repair orders with customers and ensure vehicle is delivered on time
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians and manage the status of
- Schedule service and repair appointments
- Operate computerized work order systems
- Engage in learning activities and coaching to improve their own abilities
- Comply with company, store and department policies and health & safety program and regulations

Our client in Kirkland is looking for a Service Advisor for a very well known company in the retail industry.
The Service Advisor is responsible for providing front line service and support to customers, technicians and management. Serves as a liaison between customers and appropriate branch personnel. This person may have other responsibilities that are associated with the role.Advantages
