    Description
    IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitment & Search Firm specializing in identifying, & sourcing top performers for our clientele. Position: Web DeveloperLocation: Vaughan, ON Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)Industry: Manufacturing / IT / Web SpecialistEmployment Term: Fulltime / Permanent Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for supervising and engaging in the development, upkeep, and implementation of the company's proprietary website and PriceBuilder system.
    • Regularly update, maintain, and enhance existing online content, aligning with the website's objectives and devising effective solutions.
    • Collaborate across departments to grasp stakeholder requirements, leading to the design and implementation of content modifications on the website.
    • Collaborate with project teams to establish engagement targets, devise strategies for achieving goals, and ensure adherence to brand standards and accessibility criteria.
    • Apply strong User Experience principles to enhance audience interactions and experiences on our digital platforms, such as Price Builder.
    • Conduct and oversee performance tests on software, identifying and rectifying errors, improving areas of concern, addressing security issues, and conducting general debugging.
    • Develop and implement algorithms to address system-related challenges.
    • Utilize statistical tools to analyze datasets, focusing on identifying trends and patterns valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics initiatives.
    • Generate management reports that highlight trends, patterns, and predictive insights derived from relevant data.
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
    • Follow guidelines for personal protective equipment (PPE), safety guarding, and general safe working practices.
    • Additional related duties.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Post-secondary degree in a related field.
    • Over 3 years of direct experience in an online production/development role
    • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as C++, PHP, ASP.Net, and .Net Core.
    • Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server.
    • Comprehensive understanding of cross-platform and responsive web design and web standards
    • Experience in developing AI-driven features, enhancing user experiences, and optimizing performance with AI-driven solutions would be highly advantageous.
    • Familiarity with programming PDM systems, extracting data from SolidWorks models, and interfacing with external software applications is considered beneficial.
    • Ability to proactively work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong organization and attention to detail
    • Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation creation and delivery
    • Mandarin-speaking abilities would be an asset.
