As the Retail Inventory Supervisor, you will support sales staff in keeping the store stocked and ensure they are knowledgeable about the products they will be introducing to guests

Work closely with the manager to maintain inventory levelsBecome familiar with the POS system particularly back office functions such automatic purchase orders inter location transfer of inventory,Monitor security in the retail environment carry out cycle inventories as per Pursuit SOPUphold our high standards of merchandising and displaySupervision of staff, delegate merchandising and stocking duties as requiredEnsure service is friendly, courteous, and professionalOperate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, the responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms as requiredKeep the sales floor and storage areas clean and organizedCommunicate with co-workers and management, forward observations and comments in a timely fashionApply cross selling merchandising techniques to maximize the sales potential of the outletCollect feedback forms from customers, facilitating efficient inventory management and movementWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:3-5 years of leadership and training experienceClass 5 Canadian drivers license required with clean drivers abstractMust get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environmentPrevious experience with back office systems.
