    Innerhalb der Descartes Systems Group fokussiert sich unsere E-Commerce Business Unit auf Softwarelösungen im Lagerlogistikbereich. Unser E-Commerce Team verfügt über jahrzehntelange, länderübergreifende Erfahrung im E-Commerce.
    Mit den auf den E-Commerce spezialisierten Softwarelösungen Peoplevox & pixi, unterstützten wir stark wachsende DTC-Brands, Pure Player & E-Commerce Fulfillment Provider dabei, mittels automatisierten Lagerlogistik-Prozessen und einer einfach zu bedienenden Software, eine konstant exzellente Kundenerfahrung sicherzustellen. Unsere Software ermöglicht es unseren Kunden stets pünktlich, die richtige Ware zu versenden, Überverkäufe durch ungenaue Lagerführung zu vermeiden und stets transparenten Überblick über alle Versandabläufe sicherzustellen

    Die Rolle:

    Du verfolgst mit Begeisterung das Ziel, Partnerschaften zu etablieren, Beziehungen zu festigen und neue Vertriebskanäle zu erschließen.

    Die Position des Partner & Channel Managers (m/w/d) umfasst den Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung von Beziehungen zu strategischen Partnern sowie das Gewinnen neuer Partner im E-Commerce Ökosystem. Du wirst mit ausgewählten Partnern zusammenarbeiten und basierend auf Region und Branche Partnerschaften vorantreiben. In dieser Funktion liegt Deine Verantwortung darin, qualifizierte Partner-Leads (PQLs) zu generieren und eine Pipeline von realer Verkaufschancen für das Vertriebsteam für Neugeschäft zu entwickeln.

    Deine Verantwortlichkeiten sind:

    • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung professioneller Beziehungen zu Partnern sowie die Erweiterung unseres Partnernetzwerkes
    • Identifizierung von geeigneten Partnern in gemeinsam definierten geographischen Gebieten
    • Koordinieren von internen Stakeholdern, um vereinbarte Initiativen mit Partnern umzusetzen
    • Erreichen von festgelegten Umsatz- und strategischen Zielen mit ausgewählten Partnern
    • Proaktive Leitung der Partnerplanung und erreichen wichtiger definierter Meilensteine mit Schlüsselpartnern
    • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Demand Generation Team, um gemeinsame Marketingstrategien und -kampagnen zu entwickeln, die in verschiedenen Partnerkanälen umgesetzt werden
    • Unterzeichnen von Partnerverträgen und Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der Vereinbarungen durch die Partner
    • Fokus auf umsatzgenerierende Maßnahmen mit gemeinsamen Partnern
    • Proaktive und stetige Beobachtung von Branchentrends im E-Commerce
    • Stärkung der Partnerschaften durch Besuche von Partnerstandorten und Messen, um neue Chancen und Trends zu identifizieren
    • Aufbau deiner eigenen persönlichen Marke innerhalb des E-Commerce-Ökosystems

    Das bringst Du mit:

    • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, darunter:
      • 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb/Geschäftsentwicklung
      • Mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebspartnern
    • Fähigkeiten zum Aufbau von Geschäftsbeziehungen sowie die Kompetenz, neue & bestehende Kunden allumfassend zu beraten
    • Führungspersönlichkeit mit hervorragenden Organisationsfähigkeiten, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und einem hohen Maß an intellektueller Neugierde
    • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten bezüglich eines kompetenten Umgangs mit internen und externen Partnern und weiteren Interessengruppen
    • Vertriebsmentalität – ständiges proaktives Suchen und Identifizieren von umsatzsteigernden Verkaufschancen bei bestehenden und neuen Partnern
    • Begeisterungsfähigkeit und ein überzeugendes Auftreten
    • Selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
    • Verhandlungs- und präsentationssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Reisebereitschaft
