Position Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Remote - Must be Calgary-Based Type: Permanent All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Our client is driven and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Founder of an innovative technology start-up company in Calgary, Alberta. If you are adaptable and ambitious, with a keen eye for detail, this job is for you Primary Responsibilities

Calendar management including creation of detailed agendas and briefs.
Coordinating travel plans for the Founder including management of travel expenses.
Basic financial documentation and management of invoicing alongside the bookkeeper.
Assist with the preparation of documents including but not limited to grant applications, contracts, and other documents.
Planning and coordinating the logistics for marketing and social events both for the internal team and clients.
Personal appointment management for the Founder.

Qualifications

Strong in Office Administration software (specifically the MS Office suite with a keen focus on Outlook and Excel)
High level of confidentiality
Independent and self-motivated mindset with a keen ability to adjust based on changing daily demands.
Exceptional level of attention to detail
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
