    Job Description:

    Our client, an organization that partners with owners and residents to provide consultative solutions is looking to hire a Property Accountant or Senior Property Accountant.

    Responsibilities and duties of the Property Accountant are as follows:
    Produce monthly financial statements for all condominium corporation and shared facilitiesProvide advice with respect any unusual items/ transaction on the Financial StatementsProvide advice to the Property Managers and President of the company when requiredReconciliation of monthly bank statements Prepare monthly Journal EntriesUpdate monthly Reserve Funds Investment Schedule and notification to PM and VP Finance as to expected maturityPreparation of working papers for the auditors Assisting with preparation annual budgetTMGNY

    Job Requirements:
    Experience with Yardi VoyagerCPA or working towardsMicrosoft Office Proficiency including Excel and WordKeen analytical and strong organizational skills, attention to detailSupervisory skillsStrong verbal and written communications skills Ability to provide recommendations to ManagementExceptional attention to detail and efficiency Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Demonstrated ability to ensure the production of timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including all aspects of balance sheet, income statement and cash flow reporting and analysisApply
