Description

In this role, you'll be the financial backbone of our clients' property management operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimization at every turn.
AdvantagesFinancial Management:
Manage all financial aspects of assigned properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Accounts Payable/Receivable:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
General Ledger Maintenance:
Maintain the general ledger for assigned properties, reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy.
Expense Analysis:
Analyze property expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Tax Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and assist with tax filings as needed.
Lease Administration:
Work closely with leasing teams to ensure accurate lease administration and billing.
Financial Audits:
Assist with financial audits by providing documentation and support as needed.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with property vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with contracts and budgetary guidelines.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the property accounting function
