    BROKER SALES EFFECTIVENESS MANAGER, GIH

    POSITION / JOB PROFILE / BAND / CAREER STEP

    The role for this position is Sales Effectiveness Analyst, categorized as a Band 3 Senior Contributor Career Track Role.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are searching for a highly motivated individual to join our expanding Broker Growth and Broker Sales Effectiveness Team in the Global Individual Health (GIH) sector. This presents an opportunity to work in a forward-thinking organization with ample room for growth.

    The Broker Sales Effectiveness Manager will report to the Head of Broker Growth and Sales Development for Cigna Global Individual Health (GIH) and will play a crucial role in expanding business through brokers across various products and services provided by Cigna Global Individual Health.

    The Manager will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts from the GIH business and shared service teams from International Health Delivery Services (IHDS) to optimize growth opportunities in product and proposition, broker support model, and digital capabilities for brokers.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Main Duties / Responsibilities:

    • Drive performance across the global broker channel to support ANP and Revenue Plan targets through enhanced broker commission arrangements, override agreements, and strategic initiatives.
    • Lead sales planning and forecasting to ensure accurate sales predictions in collaboration with regional sales teams.
    • Implement broker sales incentive programs to boost performance within the broker sales teams.
    • Develop broker sales strategies based on customer insights and market analysis.
    • Create a consolidated global broker sales plan.
    • Provide a data-led strategic approach to global broker growth.

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree, minimum 2-1, all degrees considered;
    • Preferably around 2 years of relevant experience in a commercial setting;
    • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen;
    • Self-driven with excellent prioritization and organization skills;
    • Effective communication skills;
    • Ability to build internal relationships;
    • Curiosity and eagerness to learn;
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
