Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-service-oriented Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to join our team at the resort.

The Front Desk/Guest Services Associate will be the face of the resort and play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently and accurately
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of all transactions
Respond to guest requests for information and assistance, including information about the local area, attractions, and transportation
Manage reservations and room assignments using the resort's software systems
Maintain an organized and clean front desk area and lobby
Assist guests with luggage and any other needs they may have during their stay
Provide concierge services, including recommending local restaurants, attractions, and events
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and other departments
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Familiarity with basic computer programs and software, including Microsoft Office and property management systems
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
