- Drive enhancements in sales processes, incentive plans, and performance metrics to boost sales productivity and alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement sales force transformation initiatives that result in sustainable improvements and measurable growth.
- 8 – 12 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on commercial due diligence, customer transformation, and strategic advisory services.
- Proven track record of leading successful due diligence engagements and delivering insightful analysis to high-profile clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating insights and strategies to senior executives and stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.
