A Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for creating new business sales opportunities for Toast. BDR's will research restaurants in their assigned territory, create an outreach plan and determine how restaurants can benefit from leveraging Toast's all in one digital platform. Daily outreach consists primarily of cold calls but also includes emails and social media touch points. After consistent high performance in the role, BDR's have the opportunity to pursue more advanced sales roles at Toast.

The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation range for this role is listed below. Total Targeted Cash for this role consists of a base salary, commission, plus the eligibility for equity and/or other benefits. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
