    If you are a self- motivated, self-starter that can take initiative, propose new ideas and provide creative solutions in order to reach every brand manager and marketing person out there, we want to speak with you Loonie Times sales representatives must be fearless and outgoing, network confidently, make introductions and develop connections We encourage curiosity and want you to be adventurous with an inclination to learn and explore the industry. AS a member of the Loonie Times team you must have high energy, extremely positive as well as a true communicator You need to be great at talking but better at listening. Nuanced listening skills and ability to ask the right questions are a must around here. We are growing fast and looking for future leaders and problem-solvers that are ready to grow with us. If you have a passion for what you do, then we'll provide the tools you need to succeed.

    Responsibilities:

    Seek out new customers and sales opportunities; perform calls and prospecting

    Salesperson will personally cold call various targeted clients to seek business opportunities. (list shall be provided by the company)

    Maintain existing business relationships while, networking and developing new, strong and long-lasting ones

    Become the expert "Sales Vertical Specialist" completely owning the market space and becoming the industry expert

    Lead sales process from initiating the lead to closing the final deal

    Represent Loonie Times business policies at various conferences, trade shows, and networking events to attract more clients

    Network within the industry and be the "mascot" for our business

    Company Support:

    Loonie Times will provide all sales leads generated by its marketing efforts to the salesperson for follow-up

    Loonie Times advertises extensively on Google, does SEO, email campaigns, etc.

    Loonie Times will provide complete sales templates and sales support material to enable the sales person to execute sales successfully

Our mascots bring brands to life We create excitement, fun and everlasting smiles, and not to forget the photo opportunity with the Mascot Think about Tony the Tiger, M&M's, Clifford the Big Red dog, etc. We develop public face image for various corporations and organisations who benefit from the many rewards associated with characters and custom mascots. Our clientele includes Mars, The Home Depot, Mattel, Metrolinx, Kellogg's, etc. We have a very small but highly creative team of brilliant artisans with big ideas with can do attitude finishing off with fun as the extra toppings

    Qualifications:

    Experience in sales and developing new business is the KEY skill here

    Excel at finding and closing new opportunities, growing existing accounts and creating loyal relationship with clients through outstanding service.

    Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills

    High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred

    Fluent in the English language (both written and verbal)

    Strong and professional phone presence

    Existing connections in a specific vertical is a plus

    Experience in networking

    Basic software knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, email, etc.
