You have experience:

Partnering with GEOs and other project managers (PMs) to:Drive global team calendars and progressSolicit meeting agendasSchedule and lead cross-functional meetings (including QBRs, strategy sessions, planning, etc.).Owning notes and driving action and accountability.

Identifying, tracking, and managing team and project risks / issues to resolution.
Tracking and highlighting wins, progress, timelines, changes, on a pre-defined monthly / quarterly cadence.
Crafting tailored GEO- specific communications between GEOs that consider local culture and traditions of the audience.
Developing global communications (such as newsletters, bulletins etc.) to actively promote customer success throughout GEOs.
Managing knowledge management system documentation. Qualifications4+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
Building and managing project/release plans, managing risk, scheduling, estimating, and resource planningBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experienceExperience managing geographically dispersed teams and working with offshore project teamsStrong ability to work with and influence people at all levels of the organizationProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
