    Description

    TheGetch is a leader in Managed Services Provider, Vendor Management Solutions, Cloud Services, Security, DevSecOps, Network Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, RPA's, PLM's, Aerospace, Mechanical, IoT, and other solutions.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, and 7 years of project management experience


    • Experience with implementation of ERP systems, and familiarity with ERP systems.
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
    • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts between diverse stakeholder groups

    Partner with the Senior Solutions Consultant to bring expertise in ERP implementations to achieve the programâ€s outcomes and benefits.


    • Lead and coordinate definition of high-level program scope: future state design, process changes, technical implementation, change management, training and

    Stakeholder Management:
    Serve as the primary liaison between vendor, internal teams, and the ERP implementation partner to ensure alignment and effective communication


    Integrated Project Planning:
    Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that integrates the activities of all parties involved.

    Budget Management:
    Manage the program budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring the program remains within approved financial parameters.

    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks to the programs success and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.

    Vendor Management:

    Work closely with the ERP implementation partner and other vendors to ensure their contributions are aligned with the programs goals.


    • Coordinate integrated reporting from all involved parties and provide regular updates to senior management and all stakeholders about the programs progress, challenges, and outcomes

    This is a full-time remote role for a Program Manager (Dynamic 365) at TheGetch. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of projects related to Dynamic 365.

    This includes defining project scope, creating project plans, managing project resources, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely and successful project completion.

    The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive continuous improvement.

    Experience in program management and project delivery
    Knowledge of Dynamic 365 or similar enterprise software
    Strong leadership and team management skills
    Experience in the IT industry or related field
