    Description
    HR Business Partner

    Monday to Friday ; Do you have 5 years + of HR Generalist experience ? Are you very familiar with Ontario law and HR processes ? Our client, a manufacturing company in Ontario, is looking for an autonomous and experienced HR Business Partner.

    Conversational french is a huge plus.
    Hybrid model with flexible 40 hours Monday to Friday
    Pension Plan
    Participate in the implementation of various OHS policies and procedures in collaboration with the OHS Coordinator.

    • Work with warehouse managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Occasionally translate documents into English or French
    • Analyze recruitment needs in conjunction with the Regional Operations Manager
    • Participate in the talent acquisition process by conducting telephone and inperson interviews in collaboration with the recruiting team.
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations
    • Minimum of five years' experience as a human resources generalist.
    • Mastery of the Office suite and Microsoft 365 environment
    • Bilingualism (English and French) both spoken and written is preferred.
    • Have a car and be open to travel in the Ontario region very rarely
