The Regional Sales Manager at Smallbatch Pets plays a vital role in driving sales and expanding the company's presence within their designated territory.
The primary objective is to meet or exceed the sales goal and contribute to the overall growth and success of Smallbatch Pets.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Establish and Maintain Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all stores within the territory. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing partners.
New Store Acquisition:
Identify and engage with potential new retail partners to expand Smallbatch Pets presence in the territory. This includes opening new stores and ensuring they are onboarded effectively.
Reporting:
Regularly report sales activities and progress to the National Sales Manager, including sales forecasts, market insights, and competitor information.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other Smallbatch territory managers to share best practices, collaborate on promotions, and ensure consistency in sales strategies.
Sales Goals:
Consistently strive to meet or exceed sales targets set for the territory.
Call Cycle:
Establish and maintain an effective call cycle for visiting stores within the territory. Ensure optimal coverage and attention to partner needs.
Budget management:
Adhere to the provided travel budget and use good judgment when planning travel. Keep expenses within allocated limits.
Work Schedule:
Maintain a typical workweek from Monday to Friday but be prepared to attend special events on weekends when required
