    Description

    Our client located in Torontois dynamic mid-market real estate management firm and they are looking for a qualifiedProperty Accountant. The ideal candidate is a self-starter looking to grow.

    In this role ofProperty Accountant, you will be primarily responsible for;

    • Applyall invoices tied in with theproject on a timely basis
    • Record investment holdings and update investment schedules
    • Review monthly cash position of each project
    • Preparation of financial reports;including review of variances

    To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications;

    • About1yearworking experience in the property accounting field
    • Experience with Yardi is a nice to have
    • Highly proficient in MS Excel

    ***This role is 3 days in office
