  • The client is a utility company operating in the electric sector, likely in Ontario, Canada, given the mention of the Ontario Energy Board.
  • They are seeking a Director of Customer Service & Billing to lead various functions within their organization, including contact center operations, revenue protection, meter data management, and customer billing.
  • The role reports to the Vice President of Corporate Services & CIO.

    • Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Extensive experience in billing and customer service operations, preferably within a regulated, unionized environment in the electric utility sector.
  • Familiarity with electricity billing systems and processes, including knowledge of SAP Customer Information Systems and/or Genesys Call Centre software.
  • Knowledge of Ontario Energy Board and IESO regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive cross-functional relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
