    Job Title:
    Virtual Assistant

    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team remotely. Managing and organizing electronic files and documents- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements- Responding to emails and phone calls on behalf of the company and its executives- Conducting online research and analysis- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents- Assisting with online marketing and promotions- Creating and editing content for social media, email, and website- Coordinating with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time- Other related administrative duties as required

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or related field
    • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
