    We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our team as an IT System Administrator in GTA, ON

    This is an on-site position.
    Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure.
  • Develop an understanding of standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment for all mobility devices, including iPad/Tablet/Scanner/Label Printer/PDA/WiFi bridge/Thin client.
    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as an IT System Administrator and Mobility Service Technician.
  • Skilled in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V etc.) and Server OS (MS Windows, Red Hat Linux).
  • 2+ years of hands-on technical experience in troubleshooting mobility devices, including iPad/Tablet/Scanner/Label Printer/PDA/WiFi bridge/Mobile Thin client.
  • Knowledge and awareness of regulatory standards requirements from FDA or Health Canada including GXP, 21 CFR Part 11, Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures, Data Integrity Requirements and ALCOA.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Strong technical documentation, problem-solving and communication skills.
