    System Administrator II – Managed Services Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of client systems and infrastructure
    • You will work closely with our System Admin Level 1 and Level 3 teams to ensure our clients' IT needs are met with speed and efficiency
    • Participate in the design and execution of system upgrades and maintenance plans
    • Maintain Active Directory in regard to on-boarding/off-boarding employees, including synchronization with Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive
    • Provide basic support for Azure Virtual Desktops for remote users
    • Setup new desktops and related software for new and existing users

    System Administrator II – Managed Services Requirements:

    • 1 year of experience working for an Managed Service Provider (MSP)
    • At least 4 years in a technical support position
    • Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V
    • Experience with RMM tools such as Connectwise
    • Understanding of Active Directory, with Azure and Office 365 integrations
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows OS through 10 and Microsoft Office through 2019

    System Administrator II – Managed Services Benefits:

    • Salary $60,000-$70,000
    • Promotions/growth

    Opportunity Location Proposed Salary

    $65,000 to $70,000
