- Testing UI elements like CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Partnering with the development team to ensure the creation and delivery of customized experiences with pixel-perfect execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or other relevant fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a UI/UX Designer role or a similar capacity.
- Experience with popular front-end libraries, such as Angular2, React, etc.
- Ability to visualize and prototype proposed solutions at various fidelity levels, including high-level prototypes, conceptual presentations, and production-quality code.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a user-system interaction focus.
- Familiarity with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into understandable and achievable concepts.
- Experience working in a user-centric development environment where designs are created, iterated, and developed within a highly collaborative and cross-functional team.
- Outstanding portfolio showcasing excellent visual and problem-solving skills.
- Current knowledge of user-centered design best practices.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including HTML5, CSS3, and emerging HTML APIs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Framer or React.
- Experience with vector and motion graphics, including SVG, HTML5, Canvas, and Animation via JavaScript and CSS.

About this role:
