    Description

    BOYS AND GIRLS

    The Soccer Club of Toronto ("Club") is a registered not-for profit youth soccer club operating in Central Toronto since 1997.

    The Club now operates year-round with 2500 participants in its outdoor summer program and a further 1200 participants in its winter program.

    The Club is currently seeking Age Group Head Coaches who will be working alongside the club's Technical Director developing and overseeing the implementation of the Club's LTPD Development Program, maximize the experience for players, assistant coaches and members of the Club.

    Understand and execute the SC Toronto identity, training methodology, and playing style
    Coach during training sessions and games.
    Communicate with Technical Director and General Manager.
    Create Seasonal Plan for development of players based on the 4-corner approach.
    Ability to design, lead and implement training sessions based on the Age Group Curriculum
    Create and document all sessions plans using provided software.
    Act as Member of the club's Technical Staff.
    Classroom and Field.
    Minimum OSA Learn to Train (preferred 'C' License)
    Understanding the OSA LTPD and how it affects player development planning
    Ability to work some days, evenings and weekends
